1.1. General Conditions
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Period: Within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
Product Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by all accessories and manuals.
1.2. Return Procedure

We will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
1.3. Refund
After receiving and evaluating the returned product, a refund will be processed within 10 (ten) business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
2.1. Delivery Timeframes
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 (two) business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Times:
Southeast Region: 3 to 5 business days.
South and Central-West Regions: 5 to 7 business days.
North and Northeast Regions: 7 to 10 business days.

We offer the following shipping options:
Postal Services: PAC and Sedex.
Partner Carriers: Available for selected regions.
Customers select shipping methods at checkout; shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and delivery location.

Up to 3 (three) delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the order will return to our distribution center. We will contact you for a new delivery attempt, which may incur additional shipping fees.
