Known as the “center of the universe” by the Greek world, the city of Delphi is known worldwide for housing the famous “Oracle of Delphi”, a place where the priests and priestesses of the time lived, and were consulted by people from various places, kings and nobles, in search of advice and predictions. Upon its entry it is written the expression Nosce te ipsum in Latin, coming from the Greek γνῶθι σεαυτόν, which means “Know thyself”. This is a reference to the search for knowledge, not only knowledge of oneself, but also of the world and the truth. This is our inspiration, both from Greta Coffees and from our Delfos coffee, encouraging people to discover themselves, explore their palate, and discover the world through our coffees, real coffees!
For five generations, Carolina Alckmin's family has been producing coffees in the Mantiqueira region, in Minas Gerais. Carolina, on the other hand, chose to pursue a profession in the pharmaceutical segment. Her return to the countryside took place in 2018, in the role of partner owner of Grupo Casa no Campo, managing two farms. Since than, she never stopped putting her bets on the land. She also began to look beyond the gate when creating the Frutificar Project, with the aim of improving the quality of the beans produced by women coffee farmers in the region
Delfos coffee is a coffee produced in the Mantiqueira de Minas region, protected by designation of origin, naturally processed, 86 points, with notes of dulce de leche, vanilla, almond, papaya and guava, medium roast, which adds to this coffee balance between body and acidity, resulting in a full-bodied and fruity drink.
