Coffees are produced in the Mantiqueira de Minas region, protected by designation of origin, naturally processed, 86 points, with notes of dulce de leche, vanilla, almond, papaya and guava, medium roast, which adds to this coffee balance between body and acidity, resulting in a full-bodied and fruity drink.

Carolina Alckmin: For five generations, Carolina Alckmin's family has been producing coffees in the Mantiqueira region, in Minas Gerais. Carolina, on the other hand, chose to pursue a profession in the pharmaceutical segment. Her return to the countryside took place in 2018, in the role of partner owner of Grupo Casa no Campo, managing two farms. Since than, she never stopped putting her bets on the land. She also began to look beyond the gate when creating the Frutificar Project, with the aim of improving the quality of the beans produced by women coffee farmers in the region.
